Completing your course

When the final units in your study plan are resulted by your lecturers, your study plan will be processed as complete by our automated systems and your certification will be issued. You should expect to receive a testamur (certificate) and record of achievement if you have completed a qualification, or a statement of attainment if you have completed a skill set.

It’s important that you check your postal address details in Student Portal are correct prior to completing your study, as that is the address we use to mail out your award.

Qualification documents are generally sent out by mail within 14 business days. If it’s been more than 30 days since your lecturer finalised your last unit as completed and you have still not received your award documents, please contact us.  You may also wish to confirm your completion status with your lecturer.
