5.30 - 6.15pm Cook up a storm in the kitchen! See behind the scenes of a commercial kitchen and gain new skills and knowledge with the assistance of our chef lecturers.
6.15 - 7.00pm Shake it up in the Mixology Masterclass! Learn the tips and tricks used to create classic cocktails and mocktails.
7.00 - 7.30pm Tourism and Events Information Session From local travel to international events, our lecturers can lead you to the right pathway to kickstart your adventure.
